Description
1. Once invoice is paid in FULL, an email will be sent out including an invoice marked paid and a release ticket with all yard info.
2. Items will ONLY be able to be moved from the yard with these 2 documents. If you are going through a shipping company, please provide them with these documents, as the yard will not release lots without proof of purchase.
3. Buyer will have 14 business days following the auction to remove purchased lots from the yard.
4. Late removal of purchased property must be communicated before the end of the pickup cut-off
5. Should the purchased items need extended time on the yard, a $35.00 daily storage fee is available.
6. Showtime Auctioneers will deem any lots or partial lots left after the checkout period, with no notice, abandoned and may be re-claimed to cover any cost associated.
