The Lowcountry Foundation for Wounded Military Heroes (LFWMH), is a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) charity organization founded in Bluffton, SC and dedicated to providing support to combat wounded military heroes living in or who have a connection with the South Carolina and Georgia Lowcountry. Our Foundation funds qualified charities that provide needed services to post-9/11 combat wounded veterans and their families. Every charitable program that receives our support has been reviewed, approved, and recommended by Birdies for the Brave, a PGA Tour Charities, Inc. affiliate. We are NOT affiliated with the Wounded Warrior Project. The majority of our funding goes toward service dog training, scholarships for children of Special Operators killed in combat, mortgage-free homes, and other needed services.

Our mission is two-fold: One, to raise funds in support of programs that target specific needs of the wounded heroes we support - Purple Heart recipients, those with PTSD or traumatic brain injury, and those with other afflictions - who encounter challenges returning to active duty or assimilating back into civilian life. And Two, to ensure that the sacrifices of our servicemen and servicewomen are NEVER FORGOTTEN. Post-9/11 combat may have ended, but the injuries (both physical and emotional), for so many may last a lifetime. We all owe them our deepest gratitude for fighting for the freedoms we enjoy. Everything we do and how we do it is done to convey that gratitude.

While our golf event remains the cornerstone of our fundraising efforts, sponsorships, donations, participation in our golf event and auctions continue to expand beyond the Lowcountry. Although we have only been raising money for 13 years, we have donated over $2,289,000 to organizations helping our wounded heroes.
Our Team:
As an All-Volunteer organization, our Board of Directors, our Committee Chairs and our approximately 175 additional volunteers all donate their time to our fundraising efforts. There are no salaries to pay. We are committed to keeping our expenses to a minimum so we can maximize LFWMH's contributions to the charities that make a profound difference in the lives of our wounded heroes.
We are deeply grateful to all who partner with us - sponsors, donors, and participants - for it is these partnerships that make LFWMH's continued success possible.

We are happy to present the 2025 Lowcountry Foundation for Wounded Military Heroes Charity Auction. This is the 14th Annual Wounded Heroes Golf Classic, which we have chosen to direct our donations through the PGA’s “Birdies for the Brave” military outreach program to eight very deserving military charities: (1) K9s For Warriors, (2) Special Operations Warrior Foundation, (3) Military Warrior
Support Foundation, (4) Navy SEAL Foundation, (5) Green Beret Foundation, (6) Operation Shower, (7) Folds of Honor, and (8) Operation Patriots FOB.
We have donated $2,289,000 and COUNTING!! Our MISSION is to provide funds that directly support both our combat wounded servicemen and women and active duty families in the Low Country. Our efforts are accomplished through charitable programs reviewed, approved and recommended by Birdies for the Brave, which is a PGA Tour Charities Inc. affiliate. These programs are designed specifically for the individual needs of our wounded heroes as they assimilate into civilian life.
Terms and Conditions
Auctioneer will invoice all items at close of sale. All payments are due within 3 business days. Any payment not received will be charged to card on file three business days after the sale concludes without written arrangement with auctioneer.
Buyer's Premiums: There is no buyer's premium for this auction. 100% of the hammer price will go to the charity.
There is a 3% processing fee for all transactions. Those paying with cash, check, wire transfer, ACH, or money order will not incur the fee.
There is a $50 title fee on titled items.
All buyers need to furnish all resale certificates and Texas resale exemption forms if dealers. All out of state buyers who are not dealers must furnish bills of lading from a common carrier to not be charged sales tax. All export buyers must furnish dock receipts and bills of lading to not pay sales tax. The State of Texas will issue Farm Exemption Numbers for Farm Exemption for residents of Texas. 8.25% sales tax.
THIS CATALOG IS MEANT MERELY AS A GUIDE WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS BY THE AUCTIONEER SHALL SUPERSEDE ANY PRINTED MATERIAL.
LOAD OUT
Security will not allow the removal of purchases without a release ticket. The office will assist you with release tickets for your transportation company on the items purchased at this auction. The purchaser will be charged $25 per item, per day storage on any item that has not been removed after 10 days. Load out is Monday thru Friday 8-4 and on weekend days as noted. Items will be considered abandoned if they are not removed by buyer within 21 days of the auction.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES
All descriptions are made in good faith, but it is the buyer's sole responsibility to inspect items.
Items become the sole responsibility and property of the purchaser when auctioneer completes the sale of the item when the bid is accepted by the auctioneer. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. SiTE Auction Services does not arrange or contract freight for buyer's items unless agreed upon by both parties. It is the buyer's responsibility to have inspected the item and determined the condition, year, model, serial number and mileage of the item from their inspection. All persons in attendance at this auction must be an adult. No one under 18 will be allowed on auction premises without adult supervision. No minors are permitted to bid in any auction.
SiTE Auction Services is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against SiTE Auction Services or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. SiTE Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction concludes. SiTE Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.SiTE Auction Services reserves the right to refuse a bid at any time.
