REMOVAL OF PURCHASES: YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS FOR DISASSEMBLING ANY EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE WON. ALSO, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN ASSISTANTS TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS. WE DO NOT HAVE STAFF TO ASSIST YOU WITH REMOVAL.
Cost, responsibility, and risk of removal of purchases remain with the Winning Bidder. It is the Winning Bidder`s responsibility to restore/repair all real or personal property that is altered or damaged as a result of the removal. Purchases must be removed from the premises in the time allocated as announced and/or posted by the auctioneer. Silicon Valley Auction Service reserves the right to charge the purchaser for the costs of storage and/or disposal beyond the removal period. Items not picked up in the time allocated will be considered abandoned. NO purchases may be removed until after the conclusion of the sale and payment is received in full.
RIGGING: Rigging is also at Winning Bidders's own expense, risk and liability. A certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 naming Silicon Valley Auction Service as additional insured entities must be presented to Silicon Valley Auction Service for all heavy rigging requiring the use of forklifts, cranes, etc. whether performed by the Winning Bidder or a rigging company. Winning Bidder shall restore and repair all real and personal property that is altered or damaged as a result of Winning Bidder's removal of the purchased items. Silicon Valley Auction Service has the right to reduce or eliminate these requirements at its sole discretion.

Auctioneer makes no warranties or guarantees whatsoever whether written, oral or implied as to quality, quantity, condition, usability, weight, measurement, year, model, mechanical condition, performance or other specifications and without recourse. CLAIMS - No claims or charge backs will be allowed after removal of goods from premises. In default of payment of bills in full within the time therein specified, the Auctioneer in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidation damages. WAIVER: Persons attending during the preview, sale or removal goods must sign a waiver and assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer from liability therefor. Neither the Auctioneer no his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. SALES TAX: All sales are subject to Santa Clara County sales tax and California sales tax of 9.38% will be charged to all sales and buyer's premium.. RESELLERS MUST HAVE CALIFORNIA RESALE CERTIFICATE ON FILE WITH SILICON VALLEY AUCTION SERVICE (not Bidspotter) before the end of the auction. You can get a copy from diana@svauctions.com Out of State bidders are subject to California sales tax. California does not recognize out of state resale certificates. BUYER'S PREMIUM IS 18% AND IS ADDED TO THE FINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF EACH ITEM.
