REGISTRATION BEGINS APRIL 22, 2025. 12 noon. Each bidder is required to make a refundable deposit by credit/debit card when registering. REFUNDABLE $100 DEPOSIT IS RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER END OF AUCTION. Be sure to provide an accurate phone number and email address when registering. Auctioneer may deny registration to any person or entity. Time of payment - All invoices must be paid within 24 hours after you receive your invoice. Bidspotter will send your Invoice to your email address as registered. Your invoice will be processed for payment using the credit card OR debit card you registered with and any other arrangements must be made by contacting Diana at (408) 921-8122 or email diana@svauctions.com to pay by cash or wire transfer or ACH.  IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PAY BY CASH, PLEASE LET DIANA KNOW WITH 24 HOURS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE.  DELAY WILL CAUSE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE TO BE CHARGED.

Each Bidder is required to make a refundable deposit by credit/debit card when registering. Be sure to provide an accurate phone number and email address when registering. Auctioneer may deny registration to any person or entity. TIME OF PAYMENT - All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice from Bidspotter. Bidspotter will send your Invoice to your email address as registered. Your invoice will be processed for payment using the credit card or debit card you registered with unless the total amount due on your invoice is over $5,000.00 Then a wire transfer or ACH payment will be required for payment, You may NOT split your payment using multiple credit cards if your total invoice is over $5,000.00. Any other arrangements must be made by contacting diana@svauctions.com. Buyer will lose any right, title or interest Buyer may have acquired and merchandise shall revert and repossess to Auctioneer without further notice to Buyer and the transaction shall be null and void to Buyer if payment is not received as stated above. All items in this auction are sold "AS, WHERE IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS".  Auctioneer shall not be responsible for correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No sale will be set aside nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction allowed on damaged articles, all goods being exposed to public exhibition at previews indicated by date. Auctioneer makes no warranties or guarantees whatsoever whether written, oral or implied as to quality, quantity, condition, usability, weight, measurement, year, model, mechanical condition, performance or other specifications and without recourse. CLAIMS - No claims or charge backs will be allowed after removal of goods from premises. In default of payment of bills in full within the time therein specified, the Auctioneer in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidation damages. WAIVER: Persons attending during the preview, sale or removal goods must sign a waiver and assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer from liability therefor. Neither the Auctioneer no his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE CONTINENTAL 48 UNITED STATES ONLY. SALES TAX: All sales are subject to Santa Clara County sales tax and California sales tax of 9.38% will be charged to all sales and buyer's premium.. RESELLERS MUST HAVE CALIFORNIA RESALE CERTIFICATE ON FILE WITH SILICON VALLEY AUCTION SERVICE (not Bidspotter) before the end of the auction.  You can get a copy from diana@svauctions.com  Out of State bidders are NOT subject to California sales tax. BUYER'S PREMIUM IS 15% AND IS ADDED TO THE FINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF EACH ITEM.
