Custom TFF Skid, Description: A custom stainless steel tangential flow filtration skid model ST161608SS featuring a 60L vessel volume. The skid integrates a Hammond Manufacturing Type 4X, 4.12 enclosure and includes two Barnant Company pumps (Model 7523-50 and 7580-50) with 1/10 HP motors, running at 1.6-100 RPM. Control is managed via an Allen-Bradley PanelView 5310 touchscreen HMI. The system incorporates heating control and instrumentation with detailed wiring and control cabinets. The vessel was manufactured in 2021 with a maximum pressure rating of 50 PSI.
