If the seller accepts the final bid price then an invoice will be issued to the buyer. If the seller rejects the final bid then the buyer will be notified and the item will not be sold. A seller decision is expected to be at the end of auction day. Abandonment and Forfeiture: If any purchased item is not removed within thirty (45) calendar days from the date of sale, and no prior written arrangement has been made and approved by Auctioneer, such item shall be deemed abandoned by the buyer. Upon abandonment, the buyer waives all rights, title, and interest in the item, and TAC Auction Services may, at its sole discretion, resell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the item as it deems appropriate, without notice or refund to the buyer. Resale and Deficiency: In the event of resale due to abandonment, the original buyer shall remain liable for any deficiency between the original sale price and the resale price, plus all applicable costs, including storage fees, resale expenses, and attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcement.
