On Site REGISTRATION: You must fill out the bottom portion of the bidder card completely (bidders on-site) or be registered and approved with Bidspotter.com. If you are a resale buyer please indicate so and be prepared to fill out a resale card when you make final payment and pick-up your items.

BUYERS PREMIUM & TAX: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to all winning bids for bidders onsite, and a 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all winning online bidders. Tax will be added of 8.00% after the buyer?s premium, unless you have provided a resale certificate.

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT: A 25% deposit of your total purchases will be required the day of the sale (on-site bidders).

FINAL PAYMENT AND REMOVAL OF GOODS: There will be no removal of items the day of the auction unless otherwise specified. No items may be moved or picked-up until your final bill has been paid in full and/or wire transfers have posted in our bank account.

ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE CASH, CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER, WIRE TRANSFER, OR COMPANY CHECK ACCOMPANIED WITH A LETTER OF GUARANTEE FROM YOUR BANK. NO CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED! All bills must be paid for in full by Thursday, November 17th, 2011 by 12:00pm (Pacific Time) or 2:00pm (Central Time).

All purchased items must be removed between November 15th, after the sale, through November 17th between 8:00am (Pacific Time) and 5:00pm (Pacific Time). NO EXCEPTIONS!
