Haegele Farm Equipment Auction, Live Auction begins at 10:30am Eastern time. Simulcast will follow small items selling at aprox 11am Eastern.
Items can be loaded on sale day until 4pm and Friday September 17th from 9am-1pm. Buyer is responsible for loading after 1pm Friday. All items must be removed by Thursday September 23rd unless otherwise noted in the lot description.
Loader will be avalible for loadout on sale day untill 4 pm and Friday from 9am -1pm. All items must be removed by Thursday Sept 23rd unless otherwise stated in the lot description. All items are the responsibility of the Buyer to remove, all costs with removal and trucking are to the Buyer. Any item not removed in time will be subject to storage fees.

ANY OUT OF STATE BIDDERS THAT ARE PROJECTING TO SPEND MORE THAN $50,000 MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE. PLEASE CONTACT THE AUCTION COMPANY FOR A FORM TO SUBMIT. Auction Catalog is a guide-only. The Wendt Group reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.
For online bidders, a 2% buyers premium capped at $750 per lot will be applied to all purchases.
All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed by date specified in Removal section.
Acceptable forms of payment include Wire Transfer, E-Check, Visa/MC/AmEx (with 4% Surcharge)
All payments must be made no later then 24 hrs after the sale ends. Any payments not collected in a timely manner will be subject to being turned over to the collections department. Any and all costs associated with collections will be paid by the buyer.
The Wendt Group makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error. The Wendt Group is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of merchandise.
