Important Terms of Sale – Please Read Before Bidding Your participation signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Please bid responsibly! By placing a bid in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following: All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with no guarantees or warranties regarding cosmetic condition or functionality. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. You understand that you have the opportunity to personally inspect and preview items at our warehouse from the start of the auction until the day before the auction closes. By bidding, you voluntarily waive your rights to dispute the transaction, including through credit card chargebacks. Important Payment Note: We do not charge your card automatically at the close of the auction, nor do we have access to your card credentials while the auction is live. We are unable to view invoices until the auction ends. Once the auction concludes, we will contact you directly to arrange payment. Please ensure that the invoice balance is paid no later than Friday. This is an online auction conducted by Chef Essentials Restaurant Equipment. While we operate as a retail store, we also function as professional liquidators. All items listed in this auction are liquidated assets being sold strictly “AS IS, WHERE IS.” There are no guarantees, warranties, or returns, and all sales are final.
