to include Precision 58-15,  6 knife Big Mouth Chipper, Precision 6x6 (sn: S2423_ shaker screen, Precision cyclone, 125 HP main motor, No motor controls, Room next to chipper burned. Fire damage to chip pack seem more superficial, I could move the chipper disk (video). The shaker screen bearing, I spun. the 125 HP motor seems ok, but understand the fire burned conduit. The belts are on chipper but are burned off shaker. this inspection opinion not a warranty or guarantee of any kind, buy must inspect and buy based on your judgement.

Beal Lumber Company suffered a fire on October 21, 2024 at the Jonesville, SC plant. We are offering at auction the assets located at this location, and consignments from various locations. This auction in no way affects the ongoing and successful operation located in Prospect, SC
The operation has experience a fire, although description are based on the option of the catalog person and are believed to be true, no guarantee or warranty is implied or expressed. Buyers ae responsible for inspection prior to bidding.

Once your payment is received and clears our bank, you will be contacted to confirm your information regarding the title registration. Estimated time for titles arrival to buyer is 15 days.

Removal Deadline: Equipment: 30 days. Building: 60 days. Be prepared to load out smalls. Installed Equipment: Buyers are responsible to remove and load all installed equipment or hire a rigger.
