Solo está permitido una sola paleta por Participante, la persona física o moral registrada será responsable de todas las pujas desde el momento del registro, que se realicen con el número de paleta asignado. EL SUBASTADOR se reserva el derecho de participación por cualquier razón que considere necesaria para salvaguardar la puja. Only one (1) Bidder per paddle number is allowed. The party whose information is provided at the time of registration is responsible for all purchases of made under that Bidder paddle number. THE AUCTIONEER reserves the right to refuse issuing a paddle number for any reason it believes necessary to protect the integrity of the bid.

Garantía(s): Todos los Participantes deberán presentar un depósito reembolsable (sujeto a estos términos) del 20 % del estimado de compra para la subasta (determinado únicamente a discreción de Hilco Acetec). El depósito se pagará con depósito o transferencia bancaria a la cuenta de Hilco Acetec. El comprobante bancario deberá enviarse a Hilco Acetec por correo electrónico a mnavia@hilcoglobal.mx antes de que se apruebe la oferta de dicho Participante. Si el Participante no gana ningún lote, el dinero de la garantía será devuelto a la misma cuenta bancaria desde la cual se transfirió el dinero dentro de las 72 horas posteriores al cierre de la subasta. Si el Comprador gana con su puja pero no paga su estado de cuenta dentro de los 5 días hábiles posteriores a la subasta, el Comprador autoriza expresamente a Hilco Acetec a retener la garantía y todos los pagos como Penalidad por incumplimiento conforme a la Cláusula de “Condiciones de pago de estos Términos y Condiciones”.

Guarantee(s): All Bidders shall be required to submit a refundable deposit (subject to this terms) of a 20% of the estimated buy amount for the auction, (determined solely at THE AUCTIONEER staff’s discretion). The deposit shall be paid by deposit or wire transfer to the account of THE AUCTIONEER. The proof of payment must be send to THE AUCTIONEER by email to mnavia@hilcoglobal.mx prior to any such Bidder being approved to bid. If the Bidder does not win the bid on any lot, the deposit shall be returned to the same bank account from the money was transfer, within 72 hours of the close of bidding. If the bidder wins the bid but fails to pay their invoice within 5 workdays after the auction, the bidder hereby expressly authorizes THE AUCTIONEER, to retain the Guarantee and all the payments as penalty of non-compliance in accordance with the clause “Payment Terms of this Terms and Conditions”

1. Se entregará únicamente lo que se describe en el lote. Las fotografías son únicamente ilustrativas, por lo que es su responsabilidad inspeccionar los BIENES en las fechas y sitios que, en su caso, señale Hilco Acetec, liberando a esta última respecto de las condiciones de los LOTES y/o BIENES. Only what is described in the lot will be delivered. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only, so it is your responsibility to inspect the sssets on the dates and at the locations indicated by Hilco Acetec, releasing the latter from any responsibility regarding the conditions of the LOTS and/or assets.

   1. El retiro de los lotes se realiza bajo la responsabilidad exclusiva del COMPRADOR, con grúa o plataforma y con los requisitos de acceso de cada empresa VENDEDORA. The removal of the lots is done under the exclusive responsibility of the BUYER, using a crane or platform and complying with the access requirements of each SELLING company.

1. 6.     El comprador reconoce el estado físico y documental en que se encuentran los bienes al momento de la entrega. The buyer acknowledges the physical and documentary conditions of the assets at the time of delivery.

1. Existen algunos lotes que requieren una maniobra específica por la localización que se tiene en la planta o patio. Todas las maniobras de desinstalación que se requieran realizar corren por cuenta del comprador, sin responsabilidad para Hilco Acetec. There are some lots that require specific handling due to their location in the plant or yard. All necessary uninstallation maneuvers are the responsibility of the buyer, without liability to Hilco Acetec.
   1. Las citas de retiro se agendarán por lo menos con 48 horas de anticipación y serán confirmadas por Hilco Acetec. No se permitirá realizar maniobras ni retiros, sin excepción, fuera de la fecha y horario establecido en el calendario de entrega. La cita se coordinará previamente a través de Hilco Acetec y el comprador recibirá la confirmación por correo electrónico. En caso de que el COMPRADOR no retire los BIENES conforme a lo establecido en este punto, estará obligado a pagar los costos y/o gastos asociados al resguardo de los BIENES, según estos le sean informados por Hilco Acetec. Removal appointments will be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and confirmed by Hilco Acetec. No maneuvers or removals will be allowed, without exception, outside the date and time established in the delivery schedule. The appointment will be coordinated in advance through Hilco Acetec, and the buyer will receive confirmation via email. If the BUYER does not remove the assets as established in this point, they must pay the costs and/or expenses associated with the storage of the assets, as informed by Hilco Acetec.

Toda actividad de remoción debe realizarse de acuerdo con las pautas de EL Subastador y el Vendedor y bajo la dirección del personal de EL SUBASTADOR y/o del Vendedor en el sitio. THE REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. All riggers are required to be authorized, insured and approved, in advance, by THE AUCTIONEER. All removal activity must be performed in

accordance with Auctioneer's and Seller's guidelines and under the direction of Auctioneer's and/or Seller's on-site staff.
