LIKE NEW - NEVER USED: 2023 Peerless KleanVue tilt bowl mixer model HS8K-50, sn 222065 triple roller bar mixer, 50 hp motor, 800 pound capacity, 304 stainless steel mixer bowl construction, Food contact surfaces – Ra 1.6 ?m (Ra 63 ?in), Heavy duty stainless steel “Z-type” jacket for cooling/warming bowl sheet, Pressure tested up to 250 psi (17.2 Bar), pressure relief valve set at 235 psi (16.2 Bar), Cold Bar System (with refrigerated breaker bar & bowl end cooling): 2023 Control cabinet VFD, Panelview and transformers for Peerless Mixer: 460 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz, 24 V DC control voltage / Category 3 Performance Level D / NEMA 4X (IP66 rated) operator interface terminal mounted on left side of the mixer (8) eight integrated hard wired push buttons (Power on, E-stop, mixer start, mixer stop, bowl raise, bowl lower, agitator jog and jog/tilt - for two hand operation) and an Allen Bradley Panel View Plus 7, 7” touch screen with AB Compact Logix 5069-L306ERS2 PLC / NEMA 12 (IP52 rated) painted remote mounted controls enclosure housing: Hydraulic tilt pump IEC style motor starter; Circuit breaker with flange mounted lockable disconnect; Agitator Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Package including: Allen Bradley Power Flex 755 Heavy Duty Vector Drive; Air conditioner for cooling main enclosure; Line Reactor; Category 3 for safe-off and protection against restart; Dynamic brake resistor; Custom Mixer Cycle System (CMCS); CMCS is an integrated control system that allows the creation, storage and retrieval of user-defined mix cycles for a particular product to be mixed. The auctioneer assumes no responsibility for typographical or other errors that may appear herein (on each description or other information). All descriptions, machine specifications, serial numbers, etc., are believed to be correct but are used only as a guide and are not guaranteed.
NOTICE TO WEBCAST BIDDERS: All terms are in effect. Please read them thoroughly before registering online.
BE AWARE:

The auctioneer has the sole discretionary power to, but not limited to, bid increments, bid calling, and determining which bidder and the sale amount for each lot.
Quantity of items per lot. Read the number in the quantity section of the lot carefully. Your bid is times the number in the quantity section. For example, if quantity is listed as “1” and your bid is $10, it means $10 x 1 = $10 for the lot (this total bid is before the applied buyers’ premium of 18% , the sales tax of 8.38% and before the 4% credit card fee for credit cards users). These fees will be added to your total when invoiced. If the quantity is listed more than “1,” for example, qty. of 2 and your bid is $10, it means $10 x 2 total bid for the lot would be $20 (this total bid is before the applied buyers’ premium of 18%, the sales tax of 8.38%, and before the 4% credit card fee for credit cards users). These fees will be added to your total when invoiced.

ALL Purchasers. Please email us no later than one hour after receiving your invoice on the auction day to specify if payment will be made remotely or in person. All buyers must make payment before scheduling a pickup appointment.
PAYMENT: US FUNDS ONLY –Wire Transfer, Cashier check (must be mailed by overnight carrier), or Credit Card with an additional 4% fee, NO CHECKS!!!
Additional terms for credit card charges: There is a NO CHARGEBACK PROVISION. The bidder / Buyer agrees he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances, waiving such rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder/buyer and credit card companies. The buyer/bidder further agrees should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder/buyer's terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder’s waiver. If a chargeback is successful, the buyer remains liable for the purchase price plus the cost of collection, including attorneys’ fees.
Buyers’ Premium 18% applies on all purchases.
TITLE DOCUMENT FEES: $35 per vehicle
SALES TAX 8.38% applies to the tilt bowl mixer and flour delivery system.
REMOTE PAYMENTS:
Payment in full must be made no later than Thursday, June 27, 2024, by 1:00 pm.
All rigging and costs to remove items will be the buyer's responsibility. Nothing is removed until the invoice is paid in full. A $35 documentation fee is charged on the (3) titled vehicles. All items must be removed by July. 10th 2024
