Important Information

This auction will be the complete liquidation of Bay Machine Inc and Quinn Construction as they are closing their doors after many years in the steel erection and fabrication industry. Everything in this auction is sold as-is where-is without any guarantees or implies to the condition of the equipment. It is your job as the purchaser to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. Payment due next day via wire transfer or credit card (Card limit up to 5,000 with a 4% fee) All equipment must be removed by July 1st following the auctions conclusion. Purchaser must show proof of a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy prior to removing any equipment. There will only be loading assistance with palleted or small items, all other loading and rigging is the complete responsibility of the purchaser. We suggest that you contact rigging companies prior to bidding. Loading hours are Mon-Fri from 8 am to 4 pm. If you arrive after 4 pm you will be turned away. Inspection week is May 19th through May 23rd from 9 am to 4 pm. If you purchase an item with a title (ex. vehicle or trailer) you must get a new license plate or do a tag transfer before taking it off the property. Out of state customers must get a temp tag if driving the vehicle.
