Terms and Conditions

All purchases are AS IS and subject to 18% Buyers Premium.  Payment due within 48 hours of bid closing by wire transfer, or company check.  Wire transfers subject to $50.00 fee.  Credit card payments accepted subject to 5% convenience fee.  Removal of installed items allowed ONLY by IME rigging group.  Loading fees will be posted on Major items. Removal must be completed by February 27 2019.  Smaller items can be picked up by appointment only, or reasonable packing and shipping will be available.  Loading Fees assume basic skidding and loading on appropriate transport vehicles or trailers.  EXPORT BUYERS will be quoted specific loading fees for container packing or LTL shipping.  Sales tax applies unless Tax Exempt status is confirmed prior to bidding. Inspection available Feb 5 and 6 in Yorkville.  Other locations by appointment.  Additional terms may apply, and will be provided at time of regristration.
