Important Information

Commercial restoration company has relocated to 210 Dowdle court, Unit 4, Algonquin, IL 60102 Preview October 1st, 2025 from 10:00am to 2:00pm Removal Friday October 3rd, 2025 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. If there is any extra time needed for removal, a fee of $50.00 a day shall apply. All sales are final. Items are sold as is where is with no guarantee of any type from K&L or their staff.

Terms and Conditions

TERMS and Agreements Customers are responsible for any disconnecting or their item(s) and must bring their own tools. And damage to their own item(s) will not be the responsibility of K&L or their staff. All sales are final! If an item is incorrectly marked either by a photograph or a listing description, IT MUST be notice before the item leaves our location. We can ONLY correct a mistake if it is brought to K&L staff attention before it leaves. NO EXCEPTIONS.!!! K&L is not responsible for any errors, after it is taken. We strongly recommend that ALL customers/Bidders come to preview day, to verify any listed items. K&L staff reserves the right to deny any customer(s), you do not have a right to bid at our auction if you are one of but not limited to: verbally disrespectful to other bidders or staff, Cannot follow basis rules and instruction (if asked to not move lots around, or grabbing other bidders items after it is already sold), Theft, if K&L’s staff feels that and item is not removed in a professional manner (A refund will be review and any damages a customer(s) has caused, will be applied). These action will result in Banning a customer from participating in future auctions. We try to keep a professional environment, please act accordingly. ALL items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS” under all circumstances. K&L will try to inform customers of any information that we may have on an item, however, we may be wrong from time to time. K&L will not be liable for those mistakes. Any occurring legal fees, Attorney's fee, court costs, or disbursements will be the sole responsibility of the customer. ALL customers who have entered a K&L sale, has agreed to the terms and agreement, whether or not the customer has read these terms in their entirety. CHARGE BACK AGREEMENT: NO CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: Each Bidder agrees to NOT, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges. Each Bidder further agrees that if, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, a credit card chargeback is initiated by the Bidder, these Terms and Conditions shall be conclusive evidence of the Bidder's (i) agreement to not initiate a credit card chargeback and (ii) waiver of any rights to initiate a credit card chargeback. Each Bidder acknowledges and agrees that on the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which the disputed charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution shall deny any credit card chargeback and shall re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer. If a Bidder initiates a credit card chargeback, such Bidder, even if successful, shall remain liable for all purchases made at the auction and shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including any attorneys' fees, storage fees, packaging and handling fees, transportations fees, and/or disposal fees, etc., incurred by or on behalf of the Auctioneer or Seller in challenging the credit card chargeback. Each Bidder agrees that the agreement to not initiate a credit card chargeback is a condition to the issuance of a Bidder Number to the Bidder and is being made as an inducement for the Auctioneer to accept the Bidder's Registration and to issue a Bidder Number. Bidders' Responsibility: You are responsible for all bids made from your account. If you believe that an unauthorized person has gained access to your account, you must notify the Auctioneer or Auction company immediately by sending an e-mail to katrina@kandlliquidations.com. You must also report the incident to the relevant law enforcement authorities and send the Auctioneer a copy of any resulting police report. You understand and agree that if you do not promptly report any suspected fraud to the Auctioneer and to the relevant law enforcement authorities, you will be held personally responsible for all purchases made using your account and bidder number. IF a customer has a resale certification (For tax exempt), they MUST speak with Proxibid for that manner before any purchases or bids are placed. K&L will not issue any refund. K&L does not handle customers payment APN (Tsys) with Proxibid handles those issues. Please bring any concerns to K&L, we will try to help, unless it is stated in the above paragraphs. Removal dates will be posted and it’s the responsibility of the customers to call 847-854-9913 and make arrangements. Any lot that is left behind or failure to make an appointment for removal, will be considered abandoned and THERE WILL NOT BE ANY RELIEF in a monetary form. A $30.00 fee will be charged if any item (if we could hold items for a later date(s) are not removed after the respected removal dates. A removal fee from K&L will also be charged, depending on the number of items. (PRICE MAY VARY on the amount, size and or special required moving methods (Fragile items). ALL SALE are final with no refunds. I Customer(s), has agreed to the terms above!
