Emmegi’s "Phantomatic  T3 Star" is a CNC machining centre with (4) controlled axes, designed for machining bars or parts made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys or steel wall thicknesses up to 3mm. The machine comes standard with a (4) position tool magazine including a provision for accepting up to (2)angle machining heads and (1) side milling cutter in order to be able to machine on all (5) faces of the workpiece. Thanks to the high-speed (N/C) rotary bed design it is possible to work at any angle from 0° to180°and on both ends of the work piece using the anglemachining heads and the table positioned at 0°degrees. The new T3 Star model also features a longer bed length and advanced features in the accessdoor design, operator interface and quick-change tool magazine

Clamp Positioning:The clamp positioning location along the X-Axis is automatically calculated by the programming software and physically placed using the mechanical positioning device mounted to the main spindle.This feature assures the correct clamp placement toallow the spindle access to all programmed machined features without the possibility of clamp collision.

Once the parts are completed, the clampswill automatically re-position themselves for the next part that is to be run. Clamp positions are alwaysdirectly displayed on the monitor for the operators viewing
