Selling Construction Equipment & Related Items Friday w/ Lawn & Garden, Subcompact Tractors, Utility Vehicles, & All Titled Vehicles in the Evening. Saturday will be Farm Machinery & Related Items. This is a large auction with something for everyone!! Onsite & Online bidding available.
Terms and Conditions
Updated Internet Buyers Premium Terms: 10% buyer's premium with a $500 cap per item. There will also be an additional 2% Internet Fee with no cap. An additional 4% will be added for Credit Card Payments.
6% Sales Tax will be charged unless you can sign a valid tax exemption.
We honor 'farmer' exemptions on 'farm machinery' only. Lawn Mowers & Construction Equipment, Manlifts, Excavators, Etc are not considered farm exempt! (Skid Loaders, Telehandlers, Etc are farm exempt)
