Invoices will be sent to all successful bidders no later than 24 hours after the sale closes. Your invoice must be paid within 48 hours of receiving invoice by wire transfer, certified or cashier’s check. Personal or business checks are not accepted. No payments will be accepted onsite.
We will charge sales tax until we are supplied with the appropriate completed US state resale or manufacturing exemption form. We need this for every sale. All buyers are solely responsible for any and all tariffs, duties, taxes, and additional fees that may be incurred when transporting items purchased at our auction across international borders. Maynards does not collect or facilitate these. It is the buyer’s obligation to ensure compliance with all applicable import/export regulations and to pay any associated costs.
