Pickup times will last up to 7 days after the closing of the auction from 9am-4pm. Any items not picked up by the end of the business week following the auction will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to New Dorset Auctions.

Message the auction company to arrange pick up times and for shipping details.
Preferential treatment will be given to those who arrange a time to pick up items. All others will be first come first serve.
1. All items are sold AS-IS Where-Is with no warranty expresses or implied by New Dorset Auctions. By registering for this auction bidder acknowledges that they accept the terms of the sale.
2. New Dorset Auctions reserves the right to accept, reject, add, or withdraw any or all offers on items listed.
3. The Virginia Conflict of Interest Act applies to this auction.
4.VEHICLE TITLES will be made out in the name of the REGISTERED NAME OF THE WINNING BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. LATE FEES of $5 PER DAY and PER ITEM will be charged for any items not picked up by the end of the designated pick up times following the auction. **Any items not picked up by the end of the business week following the auction will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to New Dorset Auctions.**
6. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the loss of the property and possible debarment from future purchasing from New Dorset Auctions.
7. All items must be picked up onsite or shipping must be arranged. Pickup times will last up to 7 days after the closing of the auction from 9am-4pm.
8. All bidders must register with a valid card that can be charged for any purchases by 10 AM The day after the sale.
9. Purchaser assumes all liability for the property after the winning award is made. New Dorset Auctions property will exercise its usual care for property up to the time of removal, but will not be responsible for any loss of item or damage to any item whatsoever.
10. There will be a 3% processing fee for all invoices paid by card.
