General Conditions of Sale As per state statute, sales tax is charged on the aggregate of the bid price and the Buyer's Premium unless the purchaser is exempt by law. Such exemption must be established prior to the sale. If you can provide documents at time of purchase that show exemption, that will be allowed as well. If such an exemption is not proven to our satisfaction, any purchaser claiming an exemption will be required to pay the tax to us and seek a refund from the State of Nevada. **There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. There is a 3% cash and check discount. If paying cash or check the buyer's premium is 12%, when using a credit or debit card the premium will be 15%**. Checks are only taken with valid ID or cashier’s checks are acceptable as well with ID. All bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. Payment Types: Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover All buyers must have a paid receipt from Premier Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time. Premier Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. All merchandise is sold "As Is" and "Where Is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. STORAGE FEES: Due to our limited amount of storage space and the frequency of our sales, we ask that all items be removed within 3 working days following the sale. Purchases not removed within three working days will be subject to a storage charge of $5.00 per day per lot. Any lot left after 20 days shall be resold and the proceeds of such sale will be applied to storage and sales commission of said item. Our business hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday. Terms of the sale, unless otherwise specified, are cash or approved check. Mastercard or Visa are also accepted on accounts in excess of $100.00. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 handling fee No items are to be removed until settled for. LOADING AND PICKUP: If you will need assistance in loading your purchases after the sale day, please call ahead so that our staff can plan for your arrival. We may not be able to accommodate. RIGHTS AND RESPONSABILITIES: We reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event the auctioneer doubts the validity of any bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales records and recordings shall be conclusive in all respects. You are responsible for your own items after being recognized as the successful bidder. The auctioneer retains the right to combine and lots and/or divide any lot at any time prior to or during the sale. Not responsible for accidents on premises. If your bid on any item is the winning bid, you are responsible to pay for and pick up that item by coming to our Auction House in person no later than the Wednesday following the auction. If you need shipping on an item you need to contact our office to arrange shipping once you receive an invoice. If you do not come in by the Friday following the auction, your credit card will be charged for the total outstanding balance (if card is declined, items will be put back up for auction). If the item is not picked up after 20 days from the closing date of the auction, you forfeit ownership and the item will be resold through Premier Auctions
