Large Item Removal (Lots that Require Rigging)
To expedite removal, prepping and rigging fees will be pre-collected and added to your invoice on behalf of the vendors providing those services.
Buyer’s may hire their own company to provide prepping and/or rigging and/or do their own prepping and rigging provided that A) You let us know within 24 hours of your invoice being generated that you will cover prepping and rigging, B) Buyer will be responsible for all additional expenses related to a delayed removal including but not limited to additional storage, rigging, and labor charges, C) the company providing those services must have $2,000,000 of general liability insurance and $2,000,000 or worker’s compensation insurance. A certificate of insurance (COI) must be provided naming both Resell CNC and the Seller as additional insured.
