(Located in Pittsboro, Idiana) Specific Mechanical 40 BBL 3-Vessel Brewhouse. Manufactured in 2015. It has an oversized mash/lauter tun w/rakes & plow and a steel’s masher. The kettle is 45 BBL with an external steam fed calandria. Includes whirlpool vessel, hard piping, controls, heat exchanger, pumps, fittings, and valves. The heat exchanger is dual media. The mash tun has an underlet flushing system with under jets. The mash tun also has a bottom knife slide grain out manway. Although the system is oversized, with the external calandria you can do half batches, giving you tons of flexibility. System has a VFO manifold for brewhouse pumps. The tanks have lights, sample ports on the kettle, and multiple recirculation points. The system is currently being stored in a storage unit located in Pittsboro, IN. Storage fees will be covered through November. A successful bidder can choose to keep it in storage and take over the monthly fee until ready to relocate or have the system removed by November 30th 2025.
