Sale Terms and Important Information

Terms of Sale – SIG Industrial Group, LLC

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
SIG Industrial Group, LLC (“Seller”) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. A 15% Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases. A 3% Internet Convenience Fee will be charged on all online transactions. Full payment must be made upon conclusion of the sale. All invoices are to be settled on the day of the auction. Items remain subject to prior sale or transfer.

RIGGING NOTICE:
Buyers are advised that rigging fees will apply. Only pre-approved riggers may be used. Fee schedules will be listed online and/or within individual lot descriptions as applicable.

1. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include company checks, wire transfers, or cashier’s checks payable to SIG Industrial Group, LLC. No items will be permitted to leave the premises until payment has been received and verified. No exceptions.

2. Condition & Representation

While all descriptions are provided in good faith, neither the Seller nor its representatives make any express or implied warranties regarding the authenticity, condition, or fitness for use of any item. All goods are sold strictly “AS IS, WHERE IS.”

3. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SIG Industrial Group, LLC, along with its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising out of the use, removal, resale, or possession of any items purchased. This obligation survives the delivery and any resale of the goods.

4. Compliance & Removal Responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety, governmental, and environmental regulations related to their purchase. Costs associated with transportation, packaging, rigging, taxes, and export/import are the buyer’s responsibility. An invoice will be provided by SIG Industrial Group, LLC for your records.

5. Sales Tax

All applicable sales tax will be added unless a valid resale certificate is provided at the time of purchase. Should taxes be deemed due after the fact, the buyer agrees to remit any required payments.

6. Liability for Injury

Buyers assume full responsibility for any injury or damage caused during the inspection, removal, or transport of items. SIG Industrial Group, LLC and its agents are not liable for any such incidents.

7. Non-Delivery

Seller’s liability for non-delivery of purchased items is strictly limited to a refund of any amounts paid for those items.

8. Default by Buyer

Failure to remit payment or comply with the stated terms may result in forfeiture of deposits. The Seller may, at its discretion, resell the items and recover from the buyer any losses, including expenses and legal fees incurred as a result.

9. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk transfer immediately upon the fall of the hammer. Buyers are strongly advised to secure their purchases promptly.

10. Removal Deadlines

All items must be removed within the timeline announced at the sale. No removal will be allowed until the auction concludes. Failure to remove items on time may result in additional storage or handling fees. Unclaimed goods will be considered abandoned.

11. Inventory Accuracy

Buyer must verify counts and quantities at time of removal. No claims will be entertained once items have left the premises.

12. Online Platform Disclaimer

SIG Industrial Group, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to any digital auction platform. Technical malfunctions, latency, or system issues may occur.

13. Disputes

Any bidding disputes will be resolved at the discretion of the auctioneer, which may include reopening bidding on the disputed lot.

14. Role of Auctioneer

SIG Industrial Group, LLC acts as a sales agent only and is not responsible for actions of its principals or third parties.

15. Buyer’s Premium & Fees

A 15% Buyer’s Premium applies to all sales, plus a 3% fee for internet bidding. Seller may reject any bid for any reason.

16. Reserves

Certain lots may be subject to minimum bids or reserves. Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller or other parties, including itself.

17. Agreement to Terms

By participating in the auction or accepting the catalog, the buyer agrees to all terms set forth herein and any additional terms announced prior to or during the auction.
