  • A VALID I.D. IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER; THE BIDDER IS PERSONALLY LIABLE FOR PAYMENT, BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAXES.
  • 13% HST TAX APPLICABLE SHALL BE PAID TO THE AUCTIONEER AT TIME OF SALE.
  • AUCTIONEER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ISSUING A BIDDER CARD.
  • AUCTIONEER MAKES NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OF ANY KIND.
  • NO REMOVAL OF ITEMS UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
  • ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD "AS IS-WHERE IS".

REMOVAL DATES/TIMES/DEADLINES:

 

  • REMOVAL PROCESS WILL START AFTER THE SALE IS FINISHED AND THE ACCOUNTING HAS BEEN COMPLETED – NO REMOVAL DURING THE SALE.
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY Friday, January 16th, 2015 (NO EXPECTIONS) AT 5PM, AFTER THAT TIME BUYER WILL INCUR A COST OF $500 DAILY FOR ENTRY INTO THE FACILITY.
  • ALL ITEMS SOLD "AS IS-WHERE IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  CATALOG IS         INTENDED AS A GUIDE ONLY - NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR DELETIONS.
