TERMS OF SALE:
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN US FUNDS. Credit card payments will be processed in CAD at an exchange rate of 30% for CDN equivalency with a 3.5% fee.  $300 US fund deposit required to complete registration.

— A 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM BUYERS WILL APPLY TO ALL SALES.
— A VALID I.D. IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER; THE BIDDER IS PERSONALLY LIABLE FOR PAYMENT, BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAXES.

— 13% HST TAX APPLICABLE SHALL BE PAID TO THE AUCTIONEER AT TIME OF SALE.
— AUCTIONEER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ISSUING A BIDDER CARD.
— AUCTIONEER MAKES NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OF ANY KIND.

REMOVAL DATES/TIMES/DEADLINES:
— REMOVAL PROCESS WILL START AFTER THE SALE IS FINISHED AND THE ACCOUNTING HAS BEEN COMPLETED – NO REMOVAL DURING THE SALE.
— ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY (THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8TH, 2015 BY 4PM), AFTER THAT TIME BUYER WILL INCUR A COST OF $500 DAILY FOR ENTRY INTO THE FACILITY.— ALL ITEMS SOLD "AS IS-WHERE IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
