*Please remember that a bid is a verbal contract; once you become the successful bidder, you must pay for your items.  If you find that the riggers you contact are charging you high fees, or your customer backs out, that doesn’t mean that you can abandon your items.  Once you win, you are responsible for paying.  For any lots that are won and abandoned, we will attempt to resell.  The buyer who abandoned the lot will be responsible for any shortfall between the price at which they won the lot, and the amount for which it is resold.

***FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. ***  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE, OR WIRE INITIATED, BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS THE DAY AFTER THE SALE.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT/CHARGE CREDIT CARDS.   (Also, please do not deposit money directly into our bank account – that information is for wire transfers or ACH transfers only [please be aware though, that ACH transfers take an extra day to show up in our bank account.])

SALES TAX

ALL SALES WILL BE SUBJECT TO LOCAL SALES TAX

Robinson, IL Sales Tax: 6.25%

There is one tax exemption form for both IL-based resellers/retailers, and those purchasing from out-of-state. Please review the form located here: 2011 CRT-61 Certificate of Resale (illinois.gov) and determine whether it applies to you.  If so, please fill in completely, sign and email it back to me at sreardon@tauberaronsinc.com.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine eligibility.  Please do not send in any other forms aside from this one.

***IMPORTANT***In ALL cases, without exception, if you cannot furnish us with the required tax exemption proof BEFORE payment is made, then you MUST pay the tax.  If you can furnish us with the required documentation after payment is made, but within 21 days of the sale, a refund will be promptly issued.  There are NO exceptions to this.  If you make a wire transfer to us, or obtain a cashiers’ check, without including the tax and before giving us the required documents, you will not be allowed to remove any equipment until the situation is corrected. 

***If we have any doubts as to the veracity of tax exemption claims, we reserve the right to refuse tax exemption status.***

Due to onsite limitations, there will be ONE rigger onsite that all successful bidders must use for removal.  His information will be posted shortly.
