Removal of lots is entirely the responsibility of the bidder. We do not package, load or ship. There will be no equipment, no forklifts or pallet jacks, onsite to facilitate your lot removal. It is up to you to hire a rigger or otherwise provide for the removal of your items.
Additionally, if you are moving items out of the country, please understand that we do not act as customs brokers. You will have to facilitate any and all paperwork involved with removing your items across borders.
IMPORTANT: Due to buyers being lax about removing their items in a timely fashion, we are implementing a $500 per day fee for entry into the facility every day past the time allotted for check out.

***For sales tax exemption, the form we will accept is the Streamlined Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption found here: Streamlined Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption (wa.gov) To receive sales tax exemption status, this form must be completely filled in – including all required ID numbers, and returned to sreardon@tauberaronsinc.com.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine their own eligibility to claim sales tax exemption. If it is determined via audit that sales tax was incorrectly applied for – and given – to the buyer for this auction, any and all penalties and interest resulting will become the responsibility of the buyer. When a buyer signs up to bid, they must check a box signifying acceptance of all sale terms, including this one.
***IMPORTANT***In ALL cases, without exception, if you cannot furnish us with the required tax exemption proof BEFORE payment is made, then you MUST pay the tax. If you can furnish us with the required documentation after payment is made, but within 21 days of the sale, a refund will be promptly issued. After 21 days, all collected sales tax will be remitted to the pertinent state sales tax agency, and no attempt will be made after that to retrieve remitted sales tax monies.
***If we have any doubts as to the veracity of tax exemption claims, we reserve the right to refuse tax exemption status.***
