Terms and Conditions
All items, property or product offered for sale ("Items", "Property", "Product") are offered by Auctioneer as an Auctioneer on behalf of the seller (“Seller”), subject to the following general terms of sale (“General Terms of Sale”), which, combined with any supplemental or revised terms posted in materials, on the internet or as announced by Auctioneer at the time of sale (“Sale Specific Terms”), make-up the complete and entire Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) that govern any sale by Auctioneer to a Buyer. References to “Landlord(s)” throughout these terms shall be defined to include the property owners of each sale location upon which Items are located (“Sale Site”).
REMOVAL & CHECKOUT: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday thru Wednesday, April 28 - 30 (Removal hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 PM CT each day). All purchases must be removed by 4PM CT, Wednesday, April 30th. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you cannot remove your purchases during this removal period, please do not bid! Storage Fee's will be assessed at the rate of $100/Lot/Day for items not removed during the Removal Period Described above.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ANY VIOLATION OF THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN MAY RESULT IN COSTS AND FEES BEING AWARDED AGAINST THE PURCHASER. SUCH FEES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, ATTORNEYS FEES, COURT COSTS, COST OF COLLECTION AND ANY RELATED FEES, STORAGE AND MOVING FEES OR DEFINCIENCIES IF ITEMS NEED TO BE RESOLD.
