All removal and loading will be done by exclusive contractor on site and removal and loading expenses will be posted in the description for each lot.

Auction Date & Time: Lots start closing on Wednesday, Jan 31st at 11:00 am ET

Location: Minnesota

Removal: Our rigging team will be onsite starting February 5th to begin the removal. As lots are removed and prepared for shipment, our team will reach out to confirm dimensions and schedule pick up with the winning buyers.

Equipment sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS FOB Location.  Removal and loading expenses will apply, FOB Location. Skidding will be performed at cost to the buyer.  Buyer pays for transportation costs. 

Buyer's Premium is 18%. Payment must be made within 48 hours of received of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or certified cashier's check from US bank.
