Buying as is, where is with no contingencies, warranties, or returns of any kind. Buyer's premium on all transactions No titled vehicle will leave premises until the funds clear. Not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Not responsible for any accidents. The buyer takes full responsibility for all items purchased. Any special arrangements or services, IF AVAILABLE, and at Auction House's sole discretion, may be subject to an additional fee; these services may include, but are not limited to: pick-up arrangements outside of posted days and/or times, forklift loading, and daily storage.
