Important Terms of Sale – Please Read Before Bidding Your participation signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Please bid responsibly! By placing a bid in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following: All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with no guarantees or warranties regarding cosmetic condition or functionality. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. You understand that you have the opportunity to personally inspect and preview items at our warehouse from the start of the auction until the day before the auction closes. By bidding, you voluntarily waive your rights to dispute the transaction, including through credit card chargebacks. Important Payment Note: We do not charge your card automatically at the close of the auction, nor do we have access to your card credentials while the auction is live. We are unable to view invoices until the auction ends. Once the auction concludes, we will contact you directly to arrange payment. Please ensure that the invoice balance is paid no later than Friday. This is an online auction conducted by Chef Essentials Restaurant Equipment. While we operate as a retail store, we also function as professional liquidators. All items listed in this auction are liquidated assets being sold strictly “AS IS, WHERE IS.” There are no guarantees, warranties, or returns, and all sales are final. Bidding is a Binding Contract: By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item at your submitted price. Bids cannot be retracted. Winning bidders must complete payment and pickup within the specified time frame. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and items may be resold at the sole discretion of the auctioneer or seller. Inspection Responsibility: Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the preview period to personally inspect items prior to bidding. While we make every effort to provide as many photos as possible, you are always welcome to inspect the items during the scheduled preview period, which lasts for two weeks. It is the bidder’s responsibility to evaluate condition, age, completeness, and value. While we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos, these are for reference only and not guaranteed. All Points makes no claims or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any item’s condition or functionality. Remote / Online Bidders: Bidders who participate remotely acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect items in person. By bidding, you agree to accept the item(s) in their current condition and waive the right to any claims, disputes, or returns based on condition. Credit Card Disputes: Any attempt to reverse charges or dispute payment will be considered a violation of this agreement and may affect your ability to participate in future auctions. This agreement may be used as confirmation to your card provider that you have contractually waived these rights by participating in this auction. By bidding in this auction, you agree to the terms outlined herein, forming a binding agreement. Any credit card chargebacks or disputes will be fully contested using your bidding history, payment records, and acceptance of these auction terms. Attempting to reverse a valid transaction does not nullify your obligation to pay for items won.
